In particular, our firm provides legal advice and support at all stages of the awarding of works/supplies with public contracts, mainly in the construction and transportation and applied technology sectors.

Tenders 

  1. a) Legal advice regarding the applicable legal framework for bidding and tendering of public works; b) Analysis of the conditions set by the Client and collaboration with the team in charge of bidding in order to identify any risks related to the Contract; c) Participation in the meetings of the corporate risk management team (corporate risk management); d) Preparation of the legal/commercial section of the candidate Contractor’s response at the bidding stage.

  1. a) Contract drafting and analysis, including revisions and amendments to existing contracts; b) Legal support and legal advice to Contract and Project Managers.

▪ Presentation of negotiation strategy.

▪ Attendance at Board meetings and providing legal support during them.

▪ Dispute Resolution – Preparation of contract appeals, provision of legal advice on disputes arising with subcontractors and suppliers or between Consortium entities.

▪ Drafting, negotiation and review of commercial contracts (main contracts, subcontracts, MoUs, consortium documents, etc.).
