Lelouda Kotrotsou has comprehensive experience in general corporate practice, including company formation and structure formalities, counseling multinational clients on establishing their business in Greece, and advising on a variety of day-to-day corporate matters and regulatory issues. She is also engaged in the drafting and negotiating of a wide array of commercial agreements, ranging from lease, distribution and agency agreements to M&A and financing agreements.

Lelouda’s practice encompasses all aspects of financial and corporate restructuring, formal insolvency proceedings and debt refinancing. She has gained extensive exposure of in-court and out-of-court business restructuring with a special focus on proceedings pursuant to Greek Insolvency Code.
